Lanzi Burke Oral Surgery is looking for a highly organized, articulate, professional with strong skills.
The ideal candidate needs a captivated interest in customer service in order to maximize patient care.
Responsibilities include checking medical/dental benefits for patient's upcoming procedures and answering patient questions.
You will guide our patients through the entire process of tooth replacement with dental implants.
Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between our doctors and the referring doctors and staff.
Planning for cases, including digital work-flow and X-Guide navigated surgery, will make you an important part of the team.
You will ensure efficient delivery of care and open communication with the entire team.
Experience in the oral surgery field including dental and medical insurance is a plus, but not required.
Reliable transportation is a must as it may be necessary to travel between office locations as well as referring offices.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
