You will perform front desk functions allowing us to provide excellent care to our patients.
Experience in oral & maxillofacial surgery is a plus.
Will work in three office locations:
Rotating through three office locations Haddonfield Washington Township Woolwich Township
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and enter demographic information into the system Schedule appointments Collect and post payments, prepare deposits Answer inbound telephone calls Discharge patients Perform other clerical/office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare office Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Will rotate to our three office locations (Haddonfield, Washington Twp and Woolwich Twp) Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$37,440.
00 - $41,600.
