Will need a laptop as some work is done remotely, will need a phone, transportation, and a valid driver's license.
Hours may vary, this is just a part-time job, can not promise a set amount of hours.
Please note this job is located in the South Jersey area.
Responsibilities:
Driving to municipal buildings to apply for Certificate of Occupancy and setting up inspections, located in Camden County, Burlington County, Gloucester County, and possibly other counties located in South Jersey.
Putting utilities in our in-house investor's name when they purchase a property.
Handing out flyers/door hangers.
Various other administrative duties that can be done at home.

Day shift Morning shift Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
