2-4 days a week, 3:

Hourly salary based on experience.
This position requires an attention to details and the ability to multi-task (having eight arms and hands, two sets of ears, and eyes in the back of your head will help).
Good communication skills and people skills are a must (with all people, including the challenging ones), and has a strong work ethic (we love each other and our patients like our family, and try to do the best for everyone).
Responsibilities include:
Managing two-line phone system and additional fax line, including:
answering phones, checking voicemail, taking, recording and discussing messages with the doctor, sending out and managing incoming faxes.
Manage patient files, schedules, insurance, referrals, pre-certification periods, charges and payments in the computer.
Close out and reconcile patient charges and receivables for the morning.
Manage patients:
checking patients in and out, escorting them through the office for and after treatment, taking payments, scheduling, and accommodating patient requests Manage office space:
tidy treatment rooms, reception area and bathroom, empty trash, and restock basic supplies throughout office.
