50 an hour Delaware Valley Floral Group is looking to hire a few candidates to join our Receiving Team.
These candidates will be working in our warehouse/cooler environment, which maintains a temperature of 35 degrees year-round.
This position is responsible for all physical receiving for Fresh Flowers including offloading, breakdown, labeling, and check-in.
This position is also accountable for safety and cleanliness in the receiving areas.

- Receiving & Put Away - this process involves the receiving of fresh flowers, counting and logging into system correctly, and putting the product away in the proper warehouse/location in an organized manner - Receiving Trouble Shooting - this involves communicating and working with other Receives to research discrepancies.
- Picking & Sorting - this process involves making sure the proper product has been picked and scanned appropriately - Safety & Housekeeping - all receivers work to maintain clean coolers and receiving dock work areas for safe and effective operations Who you are:
Have prior warehouse experience or willing to learn something new Able to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment, 36 degrees for the duration of the shift Able to lift up to 50lbs Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment Forklift Trained or ability to become trained Physical requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and read.
This position is very active and requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
The employee must frequently lift/and or move items up to 50 pounds.
The employee will also wear and use a scanning device on their wrist.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
