is seeking a qualified person for the position of Photographer.
A Photographer for Philly Photo & Philm possesses a combination of technical skills, creativity, attention to detail, patience, and passion for their craft.
They have a keen eye for capturing moments and possess the ability to think creatively and imaginatively to produce unique and compelling photographs.
Additionally, the photographer must be able to adapt to different situations and lighting conditions, have strong networking and teamwork skills, and be open to learning and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve their work.

Their duties include understanding the scope of work and deliverables for each project, setting up backdrops, lighting and equipment to prepare for a photo shoot, directing models and subjects to capture the perfect image, creating shot catalogs and vision boards, editing photos, and delivery of product to client.
Interpersonal & organizational skills are necessary for providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable activations that meet quality expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities Provide photograph services for industries such as weddings, events, schools, sports, corporate, commercial, etc.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver photographs that exceed their expectations.
Conduct pre-shoot preparations including selecting appropriate equipment, scouting locations, and arranging props if necessary.
Communicating early and often with clients providing updates Have a deep understanding of different photography techniques and utilize them effectively in various situations.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance their visual appeal and quality.
Collaborate with clients to identify their needs, appropriate proper service solutions, and to ensure customer satisfaction Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Proactively mitigate any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event days Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Requirements Photography:
