client service, sales, communication and multi-tasking Candidates must possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, computer proficiency, excellent telephone and client communication skills Must enjoy working as a team player in a compassionate, friendly, drama free environment Candidates must be self-motivated, dependable and come to work on time! Must be flexible in working hours which could include Saturdays (8:
30am-2pm)
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments and ensuring that the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
