Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing first impressions and shaping the interactions that visitors and associates have with the company.
This includes preparing detailed tracking spreadsheets and performs various administrative tasks for multiple departments.
This position will primarily be working from 12:
30pm-5pm Monday to Friday.
This candidate must be flexible to work full shifts 8:
30am-5pm on occasion and as needed as a back up for vacations.

Serves as first point of contact for all guests, clients and associates, manages the company's lobby area Escorts visitors to destination as needed Directs phone calls and takes detailed messages Maintains data tracking spread sheets utilizing Excel Conducts changes and updates within the fuel card program and EZ Pass provider Administers the Corporate Apparel Program by collecting and placing orders, actively sourcing alternate vendors and negotiating pricing Handles conference room calendar and prepares rooms as necessary Coordinates luncheons and assists with various corporate events Handles 3rd party travel payment arrangements Works in conjunction with various departments to maintain updated reports Workload permitting, assists other departments with clerical work and ad-hoc administrative duties Processes correspondence upon request Collaborates and follows up with cleaning and maintenance crews Works with Distribution Managers ordering office and housekeeping supplies Work Environment:
This position operates in an office.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The office portion of this position involves sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.

Requirements:
High school diploma and 3-4 years of receptionist and administrative experience Exceptional administrative support High level of professional composure Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of discretion, personal initiative and autonomy Customer service oriented Polished written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities and prioritize workload Self- motivated team player with flexible can-do attitude who is willing and excited to learn Strong computer software experience using databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
