Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 2-10 years of experience in general and/or commercial litigation.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
Earning Potential:
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $155,000, plus productivity bonus, generation bonus, and merit bonus to maximize income. Salary is dependent upon experience and may exceed the stated range.
