Is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and if necessary, delegating resident/patient care for a specified group of residents/patients. Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care. Utilizes the nursing process when providing care for the adult or geriatric resident/patient to meet their individualized physical and psychosocial needs. Involves families or guardian or outside agencies in the assessment, treatment and continuing care of the resident/patient as needed.
Successful completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of nursing. Current license with the New Jersey State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a registered nurse. Current CPR certification. Interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral) required in order to educate and comfort residents/patients and their families, maintain effective contacts with a variety of healthcare personnel and maintain appropriate documentation records. Proficiency in developing a resident;/patient's plan of care, implementing effective nursing care and evaluating outcome of nursing interventions. Collaborates with healthcare professionals in delivery of care. Ability to read and communicate in the English language.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
